In August we made the trip to National USEF Pony FInals in Lexington, Kentucky.
Elizabeth showed Fair's Prince William in the small green ponies. This was a dream
come true for her! We had a great time and hope to go again. As with all of our small
ponies, we started this pony ourselves and are so proud of how he has turned out.
The 2008 show season kicked off with Ian deciding he wanted to do a lot
more showing than he has in the past. He's been having a great year, with
lots of great ribbons.  He's logged show miles on four different ponies this
year. He's shown here waiting for his class at the Welsh Central Nationals
with Connie Moore's adorable Sec A mare Madyn Rosemary.
Our last schooling show of 2008 went very well. Katrina Stratton (left) brought home the short
stirrup division championship on Fair's Prince William and the 2 ft reserve championship on
Tin Solider. Sabrina Stratton (right) brought home great ribbons in long stirrup, winning the
equitation over fences on Connect the Dots. Six-year-old Shelby Rozhon (below) was the
winner of the leadline class on Dot. This was only her second show! She's off to a great start.
Ian was the ministirrup champion on Dot and Elizabeth and William brought home the
reserve championship for Beginner Rider. We couldn't have wrapped up 2008 any better!
Ian and Elizabeth had a very successful show season in 2008. They
garnered four year-end championships with the Greater Oklahoma
Hunter/Jumper Association.
The brought home the following:
Grand Champion Pony Hunters - Elizabeth and William
Reserve Champion Pony Hunters - Elizabeth and Tin Soldier
Grand Champion 2 ft Hunters - Elizabeth and William
Grand Champion Ministirrup - Ian and Connect the Dots
With OHJA Elizabeth and William brought home the following:
Grand Champion Pony Hunter
OHJA Pony of the Year
Great job guys!
We're starting off the year with puppies again! Riley delivered eight
healthy, beautiful puppies on Jan 30, 2009. They are wonderfully
marked, with lots of white. We had a second litter at the end of February.
We kicked off the 2009 show season with a small schooling show. Our student
Jacqueline Matthews was the star that day. She brought home six blue ribbons! An
incredible job for this pairs first hunter show.  We are very proud of the work
Jacqueline has done with Bana. She's worked very hard to turn this mare into a
show horse and the work is paying off.
Glendonwyn Ever After entered the show ring for the first time doing two over fences
classes. She finished  third and first. This young pony took the show scene in stride
and is ready for more this year. She is for sale and ready for a child of her own.
Elizabeth and Fair's Prince William had a great time at the AA rated Tulsa Spring
Show. They were the division champions in the children's ponies and won their pony
hunter classic.
We had a great time at the 2009 WPCSA Central Nationals in Tulsa. RB Copper
Hills Galahad (aka Mister GQ) was the
Double Supreme Champion Sec B Gelding
and Elizabeth and Fair's Prince William brought home the reserve championship in
the A/B junior working hunters.
